Unfortunately, the tax office in Zurich does not provide tax forms in English, only in German. However, they made a shortened version of the original official instruction (German: Wegleitung) how you fill in your tax declaration in Zurich.
Despite it’s about the shortened version, you can still find there step by step explanations of the filling process as well as definitions from the tax forms. If it doesn’t help, I would recommend to find some assistance (friends, colleagues, professional tax consultants). If your tax situation is simple, I suggest to ask your Swiss friends or colleagues first, since almost everyone in Switzerland knows the basics.
