There are lots of accounting software in the market such as Abacus, Bexio, Sage and so on. I'd recommend Sage (Sage Start or Sage 50 Extra for the requirement you listed above) since it's easy to use in comparison to other providers, i.e. the interface is simple and straightforward, and does exactly what I need it to do. Speaking frankly, Sage is a good option. Although there are times that this software can be a little slow to use, the benefits outweigh the cons. You could also try Comatic or Abacus which will cost you about CHF 50 or CHF 35 per month accordingly. Both of them offer everything you will need for payroll accounting. Good luck!
Thanks so much everyone for your suggestions! All things considered, we have decided to use a trial version of Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll.
