Hi

Are there any differences between the payment of salary during Covid-quarantine and during a full isolation of an employee? Does the employee have a right to both salary and compensation?

    Hi

If an employee is officially put on 10 days isolation by the cantonal doctors, then the employee is entitled to a compensation, which is equal to 80% of their income and cannot exceed 196 francs per day. Compensation is limited to 10 daily allowances for people in quarantine. Also, such employee has the right to their regular salary.
