I am dealing with a company which had to close it's only shop because of the Covid-19 situation. The partners don'´t want to dissolve the company but park it for at least for one year to see what will happen after this Covid-19 situation ends.
Right now the firm has evicted the only adress (the shop) and as of 01.01.2021 they don'´t have an active post adress in Switzerland.
I would like to ask; what procedures must I follow to have an at least P.O.Box adress for this company and how should I inform the register about inactivation of this firm. And is there any additional steps I should take to make this company an inactive GmbH?
